My 3rd album features jazz arrangements of folk melodies as well as original compositions based on these traditions. Jazz guitar trio plus 3 stellar vocalists and featured guest instrumentalists on balafon (West African marimba), tabla, Brazilian percussion, cello, and trumpet. A musical journey from West Africa to Appalachia and the Piedmont South to Northeast Brazil and Celtic Europe.
